Terms and Conditions

Section 1 Scope of Application

(1) These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via the FazliuMaterialHub platform between us and our users.

(2) The version of these Terms and Conditions valid at the time of contract conclusion shall prevail.

Section 2 Description of Services

(1) FazliuMaterialHub is a platform that connects clients with contractors (tradespeople, suppliers).

(2) Use of the platform is free of charge for clients. Contractors may use the platform under a paid subscription.

Section 3 Registration and User Account

(1) Registration is required in order to use certain features. Truthful information must be provided during registration.

(2) The user is obligated to keep their login credentials confidential and to protect them from third-party access.

Section 4 Prices and Payment Terms

(1) The partner subscription for contractors costs EUR 20.00 per month (incl. VAT).

(2) Payment is due monthly in advance. We accept common payment methods.

(3) The subscription may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Section 5 User Obligations

(1) The user agrees not to misuse the platform and not to publish any unlawful content.

(2) Contractors warrant that they possess the necessary qualifications and permits.

Section 6 Liability

(1) FazliuMaterialHub solely acts as an intermediary between clients and contractors. We assume no liability for the fulfilment of contracts between these parties.

(2) We bear unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence. For ordinary negligence, we are liable only in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations.

Section 7 Termination

(1) The user account may be terminated at any time without stating reasons.

(2) The partner subscription may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Section 8 Final Provisions

(1) German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

(2) Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
